The design of this residence was conceptualized as small campus composed of a main house and multiple out-building bungalows set throughout the property. The bungalows include a caretaker residence, a gym, pool house and separate garage structures for a rotating collection of exotic cars.

Stylistically, the design is crafted to have a feel that combines the rural farms that are common across the northeast with modern organic wood, stone and stucco. The primary spaces throughout the main residence and the bungalows are based on traditional barn structures with a modern bent. The landscape design for the gardens, terraces and pool all are interwoven in and around the structures to create different outdoor living rooms.
