SoulCycle is a high-intensity spin studio fitness brand with locations throughout the country. Mark Vetter Architecture
has successfully completed over 40 unique studio designs throughout the East Coast and Midwest regions. Each location is fit with a 50-60 bike studio, a retail boutique, locker rooms and bathroom/shower suites. Typical clubs are not only finished with a high-end modernist detailing, but robustly constructed for high-energy workouts with class music at volumes up to 110 decibels.

RUMBLE

CHICAGO AND NEW YORK

Rumble is a boutique fitness brand featuring both boxing and treadmill classes. Each location includes impact-isolated studios fit out with boxing/tread equipment and high-end audio and video projection for class instruction. Club features include fabricated stairs with integrated lighting, venetian plaster finishes, and concrete paneled bleacher waiting areas.

EXHALE SPA

NEW YORK, NY

Exhale Spa is a wellness concept that includes a yoga studio and spa. The studio includes stretch barres, TRX mounted suspension bars, and custom millwork storage for a 60 person yoga class. The spa program includes massage and facial treatment rooms, as well as a zen relaxation/quench lounge.

EQUINOX FITNESS

CLUB RENOVATIONS

MVA has assisted Equinox with the renovation of several club locations nationwide. Renovation scopes include rebranding, re-planning, and retrofit of workout spaces. Featured spaces include Equinox's first hot yoga studio as well as Equinox's first "Playground Experience" functional workout space.
