By Chloe is an international vegetarian fast-casual restaurant brand. MVA's design for this 2,800 sf ft location includes both the By Chloe restaurant experience as well as a Sweets By Chloe walk-in bakery. The project combines the historic site's original masonry and wood details with lush new finishes including distressed tin ceilings, custom tile accents, and rope wrapped columns. 
DEZ
NOLITA, NYC

Dez is a Middle Eastern fast-casual restaurant. MVA designed Dez's first location in the Nolita neighborhood, a 2,100 sq ft fitout. Dining, pickup, and service areas are each spatially delineated with arched portal and carved-wall motifs.  Finished features include tiled booths, a custom woven back banquette, and custom pendant fixtures.
